The marketplace is influenced by most outmost factors that have been over the carry out of business. These embody the condition of the inhabitant economy, the conflict of fight or internal polite unrest, marketplace direct or shift in preferences, mildew conflict that affects tender materials supply, healthy calamities, or anything that would means remarkable as good as poignant diminution in the supply of products or the marketplace demand, or both. Unfortunately, commercial operation cannot do most about these conditions. The pass to presence is bettering to prevalent conditions as good as being means to take the blow, until conditions have been better. Sad to say, not most businesses can do both so they in the future stoop to the pressure.

Other franchises ceased operations after the small time since they unsuccessful to acquire the organisation joining from executive government to yield adequate, substantial, as good as successive await to the franchise.

Some unsuccessful to get the joining of their own employees to await the brand brand brand brand new commercial operation plan or rise brand brand brand brand new worker as good as government skills to assistance them cope with brand brand brand brand new marketplace demands.

The franchisee might not have enough discernment about the staff’s insurgency to shift (new strategy, government character or policies) to be means to acknowledge it right divided as good as hoop the incident properly.

Moreover, the franchisee might miss the compulsory believe in technology, operational systems as good as classification that he loses credit between his employees. This baffles me too.
I have watched a relative work all of his life, he's now 60, has never owned a home of his own…has made good money in the 40 yrs he's been employed…and he and his family have NOTHING to show for all the yrs he's worked!

He LOVES cars.. and that's all he buys and in the meantime he rents an apt while paying more in car payments than rent. He has nothing saved and he lives paycheck to paycheck. One would think that a person this age would want to be comfortable and able to relax and enjoy the fruits of his labor…but he's just like a child..he never sees the reality of anything.

Do you remember the Aesop Fable about the Grasshopper and the Ant?
Well, the Ant was a hard worker who gathered seed and prepared for the winter months while the Grasshopper fiddled around and danced throughout the summer and was never prepared for the future….guess what happened to him?….he froze to death in the winter because he wasn't prepared.

This relative of mine, it would serve him right if his wife left him..he truly does not deserve her! He is such a loser!
Why are people like this? I will never know, I just chalk it up to selfishness!
    And that is soooooooooo sad.

This is my advise. Transfer to a four year, live on campus and while you pursue whatever major interests you, have fun and screw every cute girl you can. It is college. It is preparation for real life; and basically all college teaches you is how to make critical, informed decisions based on self-based research, while requiring and developing the ability to perform your work through self motivation, and that is really it. Besides, to open a franchise all you really need is money in the bank and a desire to dedicate yourself 100% to the success of your business. Most franchised business' won't even talk to you without you having $100,000 or more in assets, but they don't care if you never even finished high school, just that you are finacially ready to invest in their company. Honestly it is less expensive to start your own business rather than a franchise. A franchise will require you to pay a franchise fee, the start up costs, and most require residual royalties over the life of your business as well. Although a franchise is less risk, due mainly to brand recognition, it is much more work and much more expensive, also you have to do things as the franchise says, not what you want. Anyway,go to college for the experience and to gain important knowledge, not so you have something to fall back on. Construction jobs are for that. Live it up and enjoy life while you are allowed to, just set your goals one at a time and pursue thier accomplishment, and then it is on to the next goal. That is how you will suceed. That is what you ought to do. You need an MBA to do anything in the "big" business world anyhow. So just keep that in mind, and know that owning a small business is not easy.

Instead of buying it why don't you work there first to make sure you really want to get into this line of work.
If it works out well for a year you might be in a better position to prove your credit worthiness to a bank. You could also structure it as a lease with a % of the profits returned to the owner for a set period of time. Once a threshold has been met the business is turned over to you.

There are a number of reasons:

1 – Franchises are already established businesses. They have already proven that their business concept work and that their business idea is valid, hence the owners are replicating the business through franchising. They already know that there is a demand for their products

Sole proprietors, on the other hand, have to wrestle whether their business idea is viable, and whether there is a demand for their products or services.

    2. A franchisee cannot be approved without proving that they have the resources and capital needed to run the franchise effectively. They have the resources in place.

Sole traders often operate on the fly and on the shoestring, trying to make do with what they have. Unfortunately, lack of resources mean lack of opportunity to do many things needed to run the business well. Hence they fail.

    3. Franchises have the benefit of branding. They come in with a "good name" that is familiar, if not well known to the consumers. Think of a Subway franchise — you already have the benefit of people knowing what a Subway is. Compare that to Nenita's Subs and Fries, which no one knows about

    4. Franchises have the support of a knowledgeable management team who already knows what works, what does not work, and how to run the business. Hence, they offer training, even helping franchisees find the best location for the business. They have already studied what works in terms of the store decor and layout.

Franchisees are coming out of the gate with all these information, data and knowledge that a sole proprietor has to learn through trial and error

    5. Supply chain for franchises is already set — the franchisee don't have to spend time looking for the best suppliers for the business in terms of both quality and price because the franchise owner already did that for them.

Compare that with the sole proprietor who may need to spend the better part of their initial startup period looking for suppliers, manufacturers, etc.
